Thalamus has been a great tool for our program, but especially for me as the program coordinator. This is a very user-friendly software that allows communication of all important information to applicants all in one place. One of the best features of Thalamus is its customer support. The team was very responsive to our needs and questions. We tried Thalamus for the first time in 2015 and found that it eliminated a tremendous amount of administrative work. It was especially helpful in September when we invited 159 applicants and scheduled almost all of them during a single 24-hour period with just a few clicks and virtually no phone calls or emails. But it was also a big help throughout the interview season as our applicants easily canceled and rescheduled their interviews as needed without having to bother us.
