One of the best features of Thalamus is its customer support.  The team was very responsive to our needs and questions. We also provided suggestions for improvement which they took under advisement and, oftentimes, implemented in their upgrades.  It felt like we were helping Thalamus design a software that truly addresses the program coordinators’ needs and wants, instead of having a software that is only partly useful in helping us get our job done.  We now have a powerful software, designed with our input, that has features we need the most, as well as many of the features that are nice to have.  This unique relationship that Thalamus has established with its users is priceless and makes all the difference!
